About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch and business
  • Coach and develop a team to deliver the highest standards of service
  • Nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice
  • Ensure the safety of all colleagues and customers, adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Be commercially aware and support the Branch Manager in managing the branch's financial performance

We are looking for transferable skills of inspirational leadership, operational management, sales, great customer service, and commercial acumen.
