Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our BSS Swindon branch.
The ideal candidate will already be running a small to medium-sized team in a similar role and bring with them transferable skills, including leadership, great customer service, and health and safety.
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
- People: Leading, motivating, and engaging a team to empower the yard and drivers to work together as one.
- Stay Safe: Promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing while setting the tone and championing a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times.
- Customers: Developing strong relationships with customers to build profitable business growth.
- Operations: Managing the full operation of the branch yard, ensuring adequate provision is made for customer deliveries, branch layout meets What Great Looks Like standards for safety and storage efficiency, and maintaining good housekeeping.
What experience do you need?
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, customer service, and health and safety.
