Government Property Administration Expert

The Government Property Administration Expert will support the MoJ Property Directorate in the smooth administration of regional Estates and Facilities Management (TFM) contracts. This includes facilitating contract administration, monitoring work completion, maintaining contract documentation, coordinating team communications, and preparing reports.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate contract administration for services delivered to regional establishments
- Maintain contract documentation, including task orders and risk logs
- Support in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records for the region
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools
- Analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
