Brook Street is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Estates Contract Administrator to support the smooth administration of regional Estates and Facilities Management (TFM) contracts.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to meaningful work with real impact in government estate management. As a Regional Estates Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring governance, compliance, and reporting on contract activities, directly supporting our regional Contract Administration Manager.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in contract administration (NEC3 knowledge a plus). You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate contract administration for services delivered to regional establishments
- Support in monitoring work completion and financial records on cloud systems and Excel
- Maintain contract documentation, including task orders and risk logs
- Coordinate team communications and provide secretarial support
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records for the region
We offer a competitive salary of £11.59 per hour, rising to £11.88 after 12 weeks, as well as a range of benefits, including parking and opportunities for training and skill development in contract administration.
