Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout their journey with us, from initial enquiry to installation.
- Work closely with our survey and installation teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient delivery of our services.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our renewable energy technologies and products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A problem-solver with a proactive approach, able to think critically and make sound decisions.
