About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to lead our UK and Ireland region. In this critical position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer success, retention, and growth. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of transforming customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customer success strategies aligned with SafetyCulture's business objectives.
• Lead the UK and Ireland Customer Success function, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize customer success processes.
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress toward company goals.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and expansion.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with contract negotiation and revenue forecasting.
