Salary: The successful candidate can expect an annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on their performance and experience.

Job Description: As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our estate agency teams, attracting new customers, and providing expert advice on mortgage products and services. You will need to be able to walk our customers through the entire mortgage process, from initial consultation to completion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to our estate agency teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to advise customers on mortgage products and services.
  • Attract new customers and business by identifying potential opportunities and developing effective strategies to engage with them.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Promote our mortgage services to existing customers and encourage them to explore our range of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment and have a proven track record of delivering results.
