The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personal care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and empower service users to maintain their independence
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a care setting (preferably in the Sutton area)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
