Professional Community Carer Role

The role of a Community Carer has many misconceptions, but new caregivers often find it rewarding. The day-to-day duties include:

  1. Visiting clients in their homes using personal vehicles
  2. Helping Premier's clients achieve desired outcomes from our services
  3. Assisting with personal care such as washing and showering
  4. Cooking and serving meals and drinks
  5. Administering medications
  6. Supporting daily living tasks
  7. Recording visits live using our digital care planning system

To be successful, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license
  • High personal values aligning with ours and your colleagues'
  • A professional approach to completing training and ongoing development programs
