Job Title: Adult Care Services Director

We are looking for an exceptional Adult Care Services Director to lead our clinical team at Austin Fraser.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical leadership and be able to provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents and conducting regular assessments to ensure their physical, mental, and emotional needs are met.

About the Role:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the clinical team, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently maintained.
  • Care Planning & Assessment: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring that their physical, mental, and emotional needs are met.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and assist with preparing for inspections, audits, and internal reviews.
  • Clinical Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Operational Support: Assist the Care Home Manager with day-to-day operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and managing budgets.
  • Staff Training & Development: Support the continuous professional development of the clinical team.
  • Patient Care & Well-being: Take a hands-on approach in providing person-centered care to residents.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.
