Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director Adult Services to join our team on a 7-month contract. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on adult social services.

The role involves working closely with the Transformation Programme Director of Adult Social Care to deliver change within the adult social care system, with an understanding of current ASC related legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining appropriate governance for the project, including progress reporting to the project board.
  • Managing and maintaining key project controls (e.g. plan, RAID log, budget management) using our project management software.
  • Reporting progress to the Transformation Programme Director of Adult Social Care.
  • Ability to control budgets relating to allocated projects and achieve financial targets set out.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management, specifically in the adult social care sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £500 per day
