We are seeking an EMEA Security Manager to join our team in Cheltenham, London, or Manchester. This senior security role involves leading a team of security professionals to ensure the protection of employees, assets, and information, as well as compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Classified Program Support
">

As a Senior Security Specialist, you will oversee security operations and compliance activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Your responsibilities include managing classified program support, crisis management, business resiliency planning, personnel security, and asset protection.

  • Provide Support for UK Security
">

You will provide support for UK security, helping to grow a high-performing security team. Additionally, you will oversee crisis management and business resiliency efforts in the UK, while coordinating with global security leadership.

  • Develop and Implement Security Solutions
">

You should have in-depth knowledge of security standards, legislation, and best practices. Additionally, you must be able to manage risk and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate with Global Security Leadership

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Occasional travel within the UK and EMEA may be required. Must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance (DV level).
