The Young Ealing Foundation is a charity dedicated to empowering individuals and communities. Our mission is to create a positive impact through volunteering opportunities.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Community Wellbeing Champions. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in enhancing community wellbeing by assisting in establishing and running support groups, providing assistance to community members, and collaborating with our experienced coaches to improve community outcomes.

What we offer:
  • A complimentary Diploma in Counselling Skills Course (limited availability and terms apply)

About the Initiative:

The Refresh Coach, a qualified professional, will provide clients with up to 16 free and confidential one-to-one sessions, as well as community support groups.


Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in establishing and running support groups.
  2. Provide assistance to community members.
  3. Collaborate with the Refresh Coach to improve community wellbeing.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Commitment to volunteer at least X hours per week.
  • Prior experience or interest in community wellbeing and support.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Salary: £12-15 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Please note that all applicants must be available to commit to volunteering for at least 6 months. We also require you to have a good understanding of English language and basic IT skills.
