About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a Specialist Support Assistant for Children with Special Educational Needs, you will play a vital role in supporting children with ASC, ADHD, or SEMH in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with families, social workers, and therapy teams to ensure seamless support for children.

* Lead play-based activities and develop social skills to help children build confidence and independence.

* Utilize your initiative and respond calmly in challenging situations to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Requirements

Pay and Benefits
