SEN Teaching and Support Professional

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and have a strong understanding of behaviour management and restorative strategies. As a seasoned professional, you will be able to communicate effectively with children and adults at all levels and work independently as part of a wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with complex needs in the classroom and during extracurricular activities
- Developing and implementing behaviour management strategies to promote positive learning outcomes
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
- Providing personal care and support to students as needed
We offer excellent daily rates paid through the PAYE system (£85-£95 per day) and a range of benefits including pension contributions, CPD opportunities, and access to social and networking events.
