Role Description: SEN Teaching Assistant - Leeds/Bradford
This SEN teaching assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Leeds and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and support services to students with diverse special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with complex needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Use evidence-based strategies to manage behavior and promote positive relationships
- Work effectively with parents and carers to share information and progress
- A valid driving license is beneficial but not essential for this role
What We Offer:
The salary for this role is £92 per day, paid via the PAYE system, based on scale rate, experience, and qualifications. Other benefits include pension contributions and opportunities for professional development.
