We are looking for a skilled and empathetic SEND Teaching Support Specialist to join our team in the Wetherby area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your experience working in a specialist education setting, mainstream school, or care environment will be invaluable in this role. A Level 2 or 3 qualification in teaching or supporting learners with SEN would be beneficial.

As a SEND Teaching Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans for pupils with SEN. Your responsibilities will include assessing pupil needs, creating adapted lesson materials, and delivering one-to-one and group support sessions.

We anticipate the salary for this position to be around £22,000 - £28,000 per year, based on your qualifications and experience.
