You will be working as a Physiotherapist Functional Assessor in a hybrid role that comes with 9 to 5 hours and true hybrid working. This means you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic team. As a result, you will have better work-life balance and more time to focus on your personal and professional development.

Your main task will be to assess individuals and how their disabilities or conditions affect their work life. With your clinical expertise, you will listen carefully and take down each person's medical history before performing a physical examination. Your task will be to produce concise, accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) so they can decide each person's eligibility for benefits.

The ideal candidate will be self-aware and focused on professional development, with experience of using a range of software. They will also be motivated to contribute to quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect, and sensitivity in assessment delivery.

In addition to the competitive salary, you will receive a quality-related bonus of up to 10% once approved and eligible.
