We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our children's services team. This is a permanent, full-time role with a basic salary up to £55,000, plus a market-leading bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring their emotional, educational, and social well-being.
  2. Appoint a Key Worker for each child, responsible for delivering the care plan and providing ongoing support.
  3. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for each child.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest statutory and procedural frameworks for residential care, sharing knowledge with the team to ensure best practice.
  5. Provide leadership and supervision to the wider team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
