Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Queen Margaret Hospital. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support patients with their daily needs.
The successful candidate will have a caring and compassionate attitude, with excellent communication skills. You must be able to work effectively in a busy environment and take direction from senior staff members.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team, delivering personalized care to patients. You will be expected to maintain a high standard of care and adhere to NHS Scotland's values and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have SVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience, although training will be provided for the right individual. You will also be required to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to work towards an SVQ2 or SVQ3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
