Job Title: Employee Relations AdvisorAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Services team. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on all matters related to employee relations, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and workplace investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and produce investigation reports.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that employee relations policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on employee relations best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a people management or Employee Relations role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and maintain confidentiality.
  • CIPD (Level 7) qualification or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
