TCES is a leading provider of specialist therapeutic education, dedicated to supporting exceptional neurodiverse children and young people aged 7 to 19 with special educational needs and disabilities.

We are seeking an experienced and outstanding senior leader to join our team as the Online Deputy Headteacher. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our innovative online special school.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the education provision of our online special school, ensuring that pupils receive a high-quality, engaging, and inclusive learning experience. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide child-centric support, engaging with clinical, educational, and social work experts.

The ideal candidate will have substantial demonstrable experience in providing differentiated and engaging learning opportunities through online delivery of bespoke education. You will also have a proven track record of positive performance management, developing teams, and influencing staff to deliver innovative ways of working and teaching.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including excellent CPD opportunities, regular staff wellbeing days, and a range of employee support and wellbeing benefits.
