Job Title: Global Programme Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a client portfolio in partnership with the Global Programme, Creative, and Strategy teams to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance, including margin and utilization.
  • Lead and motivate project managers to elevate their impact on the total business.
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all work flowing through the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university and more than 10 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep experience in Design and/or Advertising Agency.
  • Experience managing multi-level project management teams.
  • Strong experience running large programmes of work.

  • Superior quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with all regardless of station, title, position, or background.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required on a monthly and sometimes weekly basis; international travel can be monthly or quarterly.
