Global Trade Parts Programme Director

About the Role

The Global Trade Parts Programme Director will oversee the development and implementation of a global strategy to grow genuine parts sales to aftermarket repairers. This exciting programme aims to introduce and run a digital platform and sales initiatives through our in-market Trade parts teams, helping JLR Retailers grow their parts sales to trade customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and deliver the project implementation and growth plan
  • Provide expert leadership and support to our in-market delivery teams
  • Coordinate the development, launch, and utilisation of the digital platform
  • Build and launch sales processes, initiatives, and incentives
  • Manage and drive the Retailer professionalisation plan
  • Consolidate and analyse sales performance to inform action planning
  • Thought leadership and innovation to continually develop the proposition
  • Foster high-quality, productive working relationships with JLR and MSXI stakeholders

About You

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent leadership skills, as well as:

  • Demonstrable achievements in Trade parts initiatives
  • Excellent project, account, and personnel management experience
  • Analytical approach to strategy and activity development
  • Good skill level in IT platforms and MS Office
  • Proven track record of managing multi-component projects
  • Experienced in working across multiple markets is beneficial
