As a key member of the Creative Support team, the Deputy Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our learning disability support services. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to make a lasting impact and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our services, leading a team of support workers and contributing to the strategic direction of the organization. Key responsibilities will include delivering bespoke services, managing a team of support workers, and maintaining accurate records of service delivery. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing initiatives that enhance service user engagement and promote our reputation in the community.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience and knowledge of the social care sector, particularly in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. A relevant professional qualification, such as an NVQ level 3, is desirable but not essential. If you are a passionate advocate for people with learning disabilities and a seasoned leader with a strong track record in staff and service management, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
