About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Treasurer to join our team. As a key member of our treasury department, you will be responsible for managing the daily receipting of income for our diverse property portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely allocation of income, communicating effectively with our accounts team, property managers, and tenants. You will work closely with our treasury team and property management teams to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to build professional relationships, and strong numerical skills. If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities and Skills
  • Updating control spreadsheets
  • Managing central email inboxes
  • Downloading multiple bank statements
  • Daily posting of bank receipts
  • Tenant Account Reconciliations
  • Liaising with property managers
  • Tenant & client query resolution
  • Banking duties

You will be an integral part of our team, supporting the Treasury Manager and ensuring all tasks are completed on time to meet internal and client KPIs.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
