**Assistant Director, Children's Social Care: A Key Role**

As Assistant Director, Children's Social Care, you will partner with the Executive Director to manage and develop all aspects of Children's Social Care. Your focus will be on implementing safeguarding strategies and driving innovation in practice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement safeguarding strategies to ensure the well-being of Children, Young People, and Families
* Drive innovation in practice to deliver high-quality services
* Collaborate with the Executive Director to manage and develop all aspects of Children's Social Care

**Requirements:**

* Proven track record of delivering service transformation in a challenging financial environment
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to drive innovation and implement safeguarding strategies
