Assistant Director, Children's Social Care: You will partner with the Executive Director to manage and develop all aspects of Children's Social Care, ensuring we have the right people in the right place to deliver and develop our services, our workforce is key to successful outcomes for Children, Young People and Families. Your focus will be on implementing safeguarding strategies and driving innovation in practice..
