Job Title: Senior Manager Information Management

About the Role:

KBR is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Management to join our team in Leatherhead. As a key member of our Integrated Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective information management practices across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement information management strategies and plans to support project execution and delivery.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of information management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of information management systems and tools.
  • Manage and coordinate the development of project information management plans, including document and data management.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of information management professionals to ensure effective delivery of information management services.
  • Develop and manage information management budgets and resource plans.
  • Identify and assess opportunities to improve project operations and support the documentation and communication of lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a related field, such as information management, engineering, or business.
  • Proven experience in information management, with a strong understanding of project execution and delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge of information management systems and tools, including AVEVA and Hexagon.
