A reputable financial advisory firm is looking for a dedicated Client Services Administrator to enhance their existing operations. As a Client Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include organizing client appointments, facilitating the onboarding of new clients, and managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) along with other compliance documents. You will be tasked with preparing client meeting materials, gathering precise policy details, generating valuations, and creating illustration reports. Following the provision of advice, you will also handle new business processing, transfers, or fund switches, and draft post-advice correspondence.

To excel in this role, prior experience in a similar Client Services Administrator position, where you directly supported Financial Advisers, is essential.
