Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Continuing Care Team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries and queries in a pleasant and helpful manner. You will have excellent communication and administration skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.

You will be well-organised, able to multitask, prioritise workload and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You will operate within our teams systems and act as part of a wider administration team, providing training to other staff members and knowledge transfer.

The successful candidate will be a consummate team player, possessing excellent written and verbal skills with an eye for detail and demonstrate proficient keyboard/computer skills.

Main Duties of the Job

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Continuing Care Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Deal with routine and specialist enquiries and queries in a pleasant and helpful manner.

Operate within our teams systems and act as part of a wider administration team.

Provide training to other staff members and knowledge transfer.
