We are seeking a talented Bank Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Crooton. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, working closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery.

You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of clinical care principles. Our ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, preferably in a care home setting, and hold an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £14.98 per hour + £500 welcome bonus. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, free training and development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
