Job Role and Responsibilities
  • Secure new clients and cross-sell to existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Develop a professional reputation internally and externally as a knowledgeable broker, maintaining consistent conversion rates in quoting and selling to new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurers to secure the best deals for clients.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as an advisor in commercial insurance.
  • A well-founded understanding of the fundamentals of insurance and its legal context.
  • Demonstrable success in providing telephone-based advice and sales.
  • Able to manage high volumes of enquiries and project a professional image.
  • CII qualifications in (or progress to obtaining) CF1, R05, GR1, and LP2.
