We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Centre Advisor to join our team at Auto Windscreens.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Completing general Service Centre office tasks to support the Service Centre Manager and Service Centre Supervisor.
- Providing help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
- Ensuring the efficient running of the network scheduling system.
- Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
- Liaising closely with external customers, technicians, and field management.
- Assisting with controlling and replenishing consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
- Ensuring Health and Safety processes are adhered to at all times.
Requirements for the role include:
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via the telephone.
- Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
- Flexible approach to work demands.
- Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
