Commercial Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at AUDIENCES. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and engagement with our clients.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive customer success. You will be responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of commercial growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software products and consulting services from a commercial perspective.
- Awareness of data engineering and cloud environments.
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
