We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our inclusion support team as a Part time Support Staff. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students, enabling them to flourish academically and socially.
This part-time position involves working 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 6 inset days. The salary range for this role is approximately £18,909 - £19,208 per annum.
About the Role
The Part time Support Staff will be responsible for supporting students in the classroom, providing additional support outside of lessons as needed, and working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to promote academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support students in the classroom to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for meeting student needs.
- Provide additional support to students outside of lessons as required.
