About the Position
This part-time Apprenticeship Support Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to support students with additional needs in a dynamic academic environment. Working 32.5 hours per week, term time only, including INSET for 39.50 in the first year of the apprenticeship, you will be entitled to the National Minimum Wage for your age after completion.
You will have the chance to:
- Support students in achieving academic, social, and emotional growth
- Shadow and learn from our skilled team of practitioners, gaining valuable insights into effective strategies for supporting students
- Cultivate a supportive learning environment that promotes inclusivity and well-being
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a collaborative and supportive work environment.
