About the Role

As a key member of our Children and Young Adults (CAYA) team, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults up to 25 years old, as well as those under 18, who are seeking help with drug and/or alcohol misuse. Working closely with the Local Authority, Education providers, and the Youth Justice service, you will provide 1-1 and group support to those in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic support to children, young people, and families as part of the wider NTaR Service, including assessments, care plans, PSI delivery, structured interventions, and partnership working.
  • Work to ensure effective delivery of children and young people tailored interventions and support within the wider NTaR integrated service model.
  • Collaborate with the Local Authority, Education providers, and the Youth Justice service to provide comprehensive support to young adults and children.
