Job Description
CPL is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team in Portadown, County Armagh. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager, providing administrative support to the Training & Development and Health & Safety functions. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Team as required.
  • Working on various projects, under the guidance of the HR Manager.
  • Maintaining operator training and certification database.
  • Developing and implementing training programs.
  • Coordinating and delivering induction and training to all new starts and transfers.
