About Our Opportunity

Join our team as a mental health support worker and make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with social, emotional and mental health issues/trauma in various areas across South Wales.

Job Description
  • Supporting individuals with additional learning needs on a daily basis
  • Collaborating with other professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements
  • Registered with Social Care Wales
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in childcare and welfare
  • 6 months' experience in residential care work
  • Proven experience working with individuals with mental health issues
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
