The Role

As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will be responsible for leading and empowering your team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences within our park. You will work closely with the Deputy and Park Manager to develop and implement strategies that reflect our four values: pride, passion, playing together, and moments of WOW-ness.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering the day-to-day running of the park, ensuring compliance with brand standards and SOPs, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will be an inclusive leader who demonstrates respect, collaboration, and collective responsibility in all aspects of your work. You will be an authentic brand ambassador, championing our commercial, creative, brave, and curious values and behaviors.

This role requires extensive experience in food and beverage and hospitality, as you will be responsible for overseeing our cafe operation. If you are a passionate and results-driven individual with a strong track record in customer service and team leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leisure/adventure/family park management role
  • Experience delivering events
  • Experience of working with children
  • Experience with financial data and KPI management
  • Experience of managing and leading a team
  • Excellent customer service and engagement skills
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards
  • Tech savvy
  • Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications
  • IOSH qualification desirable
  • A background in a service-led industry is desirable, such as adventure parks, leisure parks, etc.
