Job Overview

This Deputy Group Car Parking Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join our parking team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will support the Group Car Parking Manager in delivering a high-quality car parking service across all sites, including the Royal Free, Barnet, and Chase Farm Hospitals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the administration of the car parking service, monitoring responses, and assisting the team during peak workload periods.
  • Traveling across sites to monitor safety and services provided by our team and contract partners, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Dealing with queries and processing permit requests, parking exemptions, and penalty charge notices following established processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrable experience in a junior management or supervisory role, including budget monitoring and report creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
