Job Summary:
The Account Director is responsible for owning, developing, and working with the biggest system integrators and system builders within the Components area. This role is focused on delivering the GP number against their set of accounts, developing business for customers, seeking opportunities, and building business plans for each customer to drive strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
