This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of our client's multi-award-winning spa and fitness team, dedicated to providing exceptional wellbeing experiences for hotel guests and Club members.

Our client's mission is to empower their team to achieve a perfect balance between their professional and personal life, embracing the concept of 'Life is a Matter of Balance' as a way of life.

As a Spa Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality treatments, assisting the Beauty Management Team, and achieving consistently high retail sales. You will also be responsible for building a regular client base, ensuring treatment rooms are of a consistent high standard, and serving as a role model to other therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of treatments to an extremely high standard
  • Assist the Beauty Management Team in achieving business objectives
  • Achieve consistently high retail sales
  • Build a regular client base through exceptional customer service
  • Ensure treatment rooms are of a consistent high standard
  • Act as a role model to other therapists, promoting a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Strong team player with a positive attitude
