About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team at Flow Recruitment. As a key member of our wellbeing community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments and experiences to our hotel guests and Club members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of treatments to the highest standard, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Assist the Beauty Management Team in maintaining the highest standards of treatment rooms and retail areas.
- Achieve consistently high retail sales targets, building a loyal client base and promoting our products and services.
- Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to the highest standard, reflecting the quality and professionalism of our brand.
- Act as a role model to other therapists, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by the Management Team to ensure the smooth operation of the Spa.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated and a team player.
The Package:
