Senior Spa Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team at one of the UK's finest hotels with spa and health club facilities in Tetbury.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional spa treatments to our discerning clients, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Support the Beauty & Assistant Beauty Manager in the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Mentor and train junior therapists, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new spa treatments and products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed retail targets, driving sales and revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with our spa services.
  • Ensure the spa treatment rooms are immaculately clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the Management Team to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Present a high standard of personal appearance, adhering to our spa's dress code and grooming standards.
  • Be confident in using computer systems and software, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in the spa industry.
  • Show self-motivation and a proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong team ethos and commitment to excellence.
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle, as travel to other spa locations may be required.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our clients and the spa business.
