Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of treatments to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Beauty Management Team in maintaining a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Achieve consistently high retail sales targets, building a loyal client base.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are maintained to a high standard, reflecting the spa's commitment to excellence.
  • Act as a role model to other therapists, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the Management Team to ensure the smooth operation of the spa.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Team player, with a willingness to support and collaborate with others.
