Key Responsibilities

You will participate in an extensive training programme, covering product, skills, and industry sales training. This will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in this role, including building relationships with B2B customers and managing key customer accounts.

You will work closely with an experienced senior manager mentor, receiving guidance and support throughout your development. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a professional diary and meeting targets set by your senior manager.

Benefits and Salary

The initial salary for this role is £27,500 - £29,000, with regular salary reviews and an uncapped bonus based on individual performance. You will also receive a high-spec company car upon progression to a field-based role, as well as opportunities for further progression and professional development.
