We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to fill a Mental Health Assistant role at Academics Ltd in Bristol.

About the Job
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students with mental health challenges
  • Assist students with their understanding of classroom instructions and materials
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement in the classroom

As a Mental Health Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment. You will contribute to the development of individualized support plans for students.

Requirements
  • Psychology graduate or relevant experience working with ASD, ADHD, and SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
