Respiratory Medicine Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Respiratory Medicine Consultant to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Respiratory team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage patients with respiratory conditions, including lung cancer
  • Participate in the cancer MDT and take part in outpatient management, including our new lung screening service
  • Develop skills and expertise in respiratory medicine, with support from current consultants and Interventional Radiology
  • Contribute to the development of our Respiratory Specialist Unit for NIV
  • Participate in weekend daytime on call for the respiratory wards and take part in acute general medicine on call during the week
